Friar House stands beside the iconic Turnbull Building, and has been transformed to a modern aparthotel, whilst respecting the grandeur of the Grade 2 listed building. This was recognised nationally as an outstanding development, and we were granted awards by the RICS and RIBA in 2013.

We Opened in September 2012 and the reaction from guests has been so positive, that work has begun to extend, the hotel by another 74 apartments.

Work has begun on building the brand new 74 bed apart hotel in Newcastle City Centre.

This is an exciting project, and has been in the pipeline since the site in Stephenson Quarter was acquired, and allows the already successful Roomzzz at Friar House to expand to its full potential. The new hotel should be open in 2018.
